Request for Assistance Following Hurricane Helene and Milton

This form is designed for active NTHS chapters impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.  These funds can support NTHS Chapter-related needs, such as lost chapter materials and supplies, as well as memberships for those facing financial hardships due to natural disasters.

Any chapter that was impacted by either storm may apply for support.  Applications are considered based on need and availability of funding.

This application is to be submitted by an NTHS chapter advisor or school administrator.
