Reflecting on Leadership with Our Executive Director

During a recent visit to Fayetteville Technical Community College for their 2019 NTHS induction, our co-founder and Executive Director, C. Allen Powell got a chance to sit down and chat with Dr. J. Larry Keen, the school president and President of the NTHS Board of Directors.

This is a great interview in which Mr. Powell spends some time reflecting on the qualities of good leadership, those same elements we see in our extraordinary advisors and members, and the establishment of the National Technical Honor Society.
