Honorary Memberships are a great way to recognize amazing advisory committee members, business leaders, district leaders, and community partners who contribute to the growth and success of your CTE programs. Remember, there is no limit to the number of NTHS Honorary Members your school may recognize and honor. I Built This! Video Contest Returns!

- Who Can Participate: High school and postsecondary students in construction-related fields.
- Submission Deadline: Contest will close Friday, March 15, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET., showcasing projects completed in the 2023/2024 school year.
- Safety First: Videos must demonstrate proper safety practices.
- Recognition: Videos must include participant names and school/training program details.
- Originality: Videos must use original audio or copyright-free music/sounds.
- Platforms: Entries must be on YouTube, with extra prizes for those on Instagram and TikTok.

NTHS Honor Roll: Bill Lewis

What are you going to do after high school? It’s a common question for which many students don’t have an answer. Career and Technical Education helps students find their passion. Students in Lubbock-Cooper ISD in Lubbock, Texas, are lucky they have a community partner to help them answer that question.
Mr. Bill Lewis, Assistant Operations Partner of the local PF Chang’s restaurant, wants students in his area to know their worth and find where their skills are.

“Join NTHS and tell us how you intend to gain your fortune in your future,” says Mr. Lewis.
This phrase was inspired by a fortune cookie he opened at PF Chang’s some 25 years ago. Mr. Lewis found his fortune with the restaurant chain and wants students from his hometown to do the same.
