Welcome back Advisors! 

 

All of us at NTHS hope you had a wonderful summer.  We are looking forward to kicking off another incredible year with you and have a number of exciting new announcements that you will see over the coming weeks. Thank you all so much for your dedication to changing lives daily;  it is an honor to work with you to recognize and support CTE students worldwide.

 

We wish all of you the best as you start your semesters.  Know that we are always here if we can do anything to assist you.

What's new with NTHS? 

We've been super busy at the National Technical Honor Society headquarters bringing you lots of new stuff over the last year. Here's a few highlights: 

• We had a record-breaking membership year with over 60,000 new members in 2022-2023!
• Introduced a new CTSO scholarship for Technology Student Association (TSA) members
• Partnered with CareerSafe, offering a special discount to NTHS secondary students on the 10-Hour OSHA Training Course.
• We also partnered with CareerStarter, providing resources and opportunities for students preparing for careers in construction.
• NTHS awarded over $300,000 dollars in scholarships to NTHS Members!

• Recognized 8 amazing NTHS Chapters through our Silver Star of Excellence Program.

• Held our annual CTE Month T-Shirt design contest.
• Introduced a new Alumni Scholarship for all NTHS Alumni.
• We implemented a new endorsement in partnership with ASE for automotive students.
• NTHS received the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce Blue Ridge Growth Award in recognition of our employment and revenue growth over the past year.
• Our executive director, Peyton Holland, received the Lifetime Membership Award at the HOSA International Conference.
• Peyton was also inducted into the Oklahoma NTHS Stars of Excellence!
