Some Great Advice from our Chapter Engagement Team
Select or elect chapter officers and let them be the "hands and feet" of your chapter. Let them decide the chapter projects and activities for the year, and take care of the planning. This will take the load off you as the advisor, AND build leadership skills and experiences that will benefit their futures. ~ Audra D.

Please don’t feel like you must know everything on day one. Lean on the advisor resources, and don’t hesitate to reach out when you need help. Get comfortable with the Advisor Portal early on. It’s your hub for everything! ~ Renee F.
